Fixed Deposit Conditions
Up to 50% of the fixed deposit can be withdrawn after MM2H approval for property purchase, education, healthcare, or tourism activities in Malaysia.
The fixed deposit account must be opened in a Malaysian bank.
Deposits must be in USD or the equivalent in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
MM2H holders can withdraw the fixed deposit upon terminating their participation in the program.
Minimum Stay Requirement
Participants are required to stay in Malaysia for at least 90 days per year.
Main applicants aged 50 or above may be exempt from the residency requirement.

Passport Copies (for all applicants)
Copies of the passport’s personal details page and the remarks page. The passport must have a validity of at least two years or more.
Employment Verification Letter
A letter issued on the company’s official letterhead confirming the applicant’s employment status, including their name and job position. Resume (for the Principal Applicant and Spouse) A simple resume detailing work experience, educational background, and residential address.
Marriage Certificate
If bringing a spouse, the marriage certificate must be dual-certified.
Child’s Birth Certificate
If bringing children, the child’s birth certificate must be dual-certified.
Certificate of Good Conduct
The principal applicant and any applicants aged 18 and above must provide a dual-certified certificate of good conduct.
Proof of Relationship with Parents
If bringing parents, a dual-certified document proving the relationship with the parents is required.
Application Process
After successfully obtaining the MM2H approval, you will need to coordinate with us in advance to complete the necessary procedures. This includes opening a bank account and depositing the required MM2H fixed deposit. You will also need to provide proof of property purchase, such as a sales and purchase agreement or a 10% deposit agreement. Additionally, a medical examination must be conducted, and health insurance must be purchased.
Once these steps are completed, we will submit the relevant documents, along with the applicant’s passport, to the immigration office for visa endorsement, completing the MM2H process.
